Everything was great, even so we stayed for 2 nights only. The staff were cheerful and provided help. The room was both warm and excellent with a full kitchen and coffee and tea.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and made vegetarian omelets for me. They went above and beyond to assist us with information on local tourist attractions. The location was great as it was close to restaurants and shops.

Nothing, all was good.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Private bathroom was clean. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the mall, and the center of Kimberley.

I recently stayed in a budget-friendly accommodation that had a fantastic location, near a shopping center, and close to the center of town. We enjoyed savory meals at various eateries nearby. Our cozy, family room had fantastic linen and we had everything we needed. Despite the busy restaurant close by, our room was quiet. We enjoyed tasty breakfast and had a refreshing dip in the swimming pool.

Only downside were some noise disturbances from the room next door occasionally.

Spent New Year's Eve with my family at a charming hotel in a great location. We enjoyed two complimentary drinks upon arrival and the staff was very accommodating. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxation. the hotel had a great selection of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, making dining out easy for us.

Our room had a weird set-up and was not as comfortable as expected. The breakfast did not have many options, especially for those who cannot eat pork.

This hotel definitely offers value for money. Not only are the prices affordable, but the attention to detail is impressive.
